I'm not neutral on Ken Cooper. I like people. I admire his contributions and initiatives, is an exercise and fitness pioneer, whose work has benefited many people. In fact, I think Ken Cooper, an American hero, a pioneer, which has provided a basis for the movement being available. Ken is also a friend of mine - we met on many occasions and common membership of the last time and complained, "National Fitness Leaders Association," voluntary body whose memberschosen by the President's Council on Fitness and Sports with the support of Allstate Insurance Company and the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce. The image seems to be a physician experienced with the authorities, a figure that has all the answers to portray. In a context of health is the individual responsibility of the agent - and a doctor, a nurse and for that matter, all other professionals are simply resources for assistance, if required. These are some of the concerns I raised with Dr. Cooper and are discussed in this interview.
The first challenge is to reinforce in my mind to physicians and other health promoters of the consumer with the feeling thattake their lifestyles. (Not because the doctor prescribed, but because they know that physical activity and wellness lifestyle to live a better way and be a healthier choice.) I wonder if it might be time to go now to Dr. Cooper has worked quite hard - to be a very long vacation. There is no end to the amount of stamina for the work of this man.
